From business problem to a solution that works
At Builda, we combine strategy, design and technology to understand what your business needs, build the right solution and improve it as we learn.
Every project is different, so we agree on goals, deliverables and timelines with you before we start.
A flexible method, not a recipe.
The six stages help us organise the work and make better decisions.
Depending on the project, some overlap or repeat. What never changes is the starting point: understanding the problem properly before building anything.
Six stages to move forward with purpose
Understand → Define → Design → Build → Measure → Improve
01Understand
We start with your business: what you want to achieve, who your customers are, how you work today and what challenges or opportunities you want to address.
02Define
We organise what we have learned and choose what to solve first. Goals, scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed before anything gets built.
03Design
We turn decisions into clear journeys, content and interfaces, designed for the people who will actually use the solution.
04Build
We develop the website, digital experience or tool you need, with the integrations and functionality needed to work in practice.
05Measure
We add measurement tools to understand how the solution is used and make decisions based on evidence, not assumptions.
06Improve
With what we learn, we adjust and prioritise the next steps. A digital solution isn't finished the day it goes live.
What can we build together?
Some examples of solutions where we apply this method:
- A website or landing page to present your offer
- An online shop or a new shopping experience
- An internal tool to replace a manual process
- A portal for customers or suppliers
- A new feature within an existing product
- The measurement needed to understand what works
Why we work this way
Business first
Every design or technology decision responds to a specific business goal.
Clear priorities
We tackle what matters most first and leave the rest for when it makes sense.
Decisions on something real
We review versions you can see and use, not just documents.
Measure to decide
Evidence from real use guides the next improvements.
Agreed timelines, not universal ones
Every project has its own scope; timelines are set together before we start.
The method in a real project
With Phiderma, we started from an existing business: we understood what it needed, designed and developed its new website, added measurement and extended the project with a custom CRM, currently in a pilot phase.
The same method across all our services
We apply this way of working in every service, adapting it to the scope and needs of each project:
Frequently asked questions
Do you always follow the six stages in the same order?
No. The stages are a guide, not a rigid process. Depending on the project, some overlap, repeat or carry more or less weight.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. We don't work with one-size-fits-all timelines: once we understand the problem, we agree on realistic deliverables and timing for your case.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
You don't need a finished specification. What matters is being able to tell us how your business works and being available to make decisions during the project.
Can we keep working together after launch?
Yes. Measuring and improving are part of the method: what we build is designed to evolve with your business.
Do you only work remotely?
We work online and can arrange in-person sessions in Madrid when it makes sense.
What challenge is your business facing?
Tell us about your situation. We'll help you decide where to start and agree together on realistic deliverables and timelines.
